The crazy world of an English Baker in rural France and the occasional "oh la vache"

So a new year and I thought I should finally get with it and start a blog! so humm what to blog about??
Well I will start with a Happy New Year to everyone, yes I know January is half way through. It has taken me 2 weeks to catch up with my emails following Christmas. That will teach me for taking time out!
Anyway 2017 was kind to Chloébelle's and I worked with some awsome people and venues (yes one of the perks of my job where I roll up at an enchanting French Chateau) We survived our first full year in our new premises and established a local clientel and educated the locals with cream teas.
So 2018 what do you have in store for me? Well our diary is almost full for the summer months but before all the craziness starts I have been asked to take part in a styled shoot aimed at the French market. Whilst I have taken part in several other shoots over the last couple of years these have been aimed at the British wedding industry. Thankfully the group of professionals I will be involved with are from France's bigger chic cities and know what's hot and what's not! so not lime green gerberas adorning my cake, phew
As this is my first blog I won't bore you too long, but I will leave you with a little look back to summer 2017 at Chloébelle's.
